Alliance For Children’s mission is to protect Tarrant County children from child abuse through teamed investigations, healing services and community education. With our free, life-changing programs and services, we help children ages 0-17 who are victims of sexual abuse, serious physical abuse, child fatalities, medical abuse and neglect, child pornography and trafficking, or who have witnessed a violent crime.

Serving our first child in 1992, we have since helped over 58,000 Tarrant County children and their protective caregivers heal from the devastating effects of child abuse. We partner with 28 local law enforcement agencies, the Department of Family and Protective Services, specialized professionals at Cook Children’s Medical Center and JPS Health Network, Tarrant County Juvenile Services, and the Tarrant County Criminal District Attorney’s Office, to coordinate investigative services and action. Alliance For Children’s overarching goal is to reduce the trauma of child abuse, which can be life-threatening and severe. By providing all services at no cost, we can fulfill our mission and reduce trauma for the most vulnerable children in our community.

Alliance For Children is nationally accredited by the National Children’s Alliance and is one of 71 Children’s Advocacy Centers of Texas and a leader within this network. We operate four investigative centers in Arlington, Fort Worth, Northeast Tarrant County, and Northwest Tarrant County and two additional Clinical locations in Arlington and Fort Worth.
